Our Training Personas
As facilitators, we strive to create a learner-centered approach to training that engages are participants and meets the needs of our client.
To ensure we delivered effective training, we completed a needs assessment which helped us create content that would serve them. It gave us insight into our participants' prior knowledge and ideas on how we could best structure our session.
We set objectives that would guide them through the learning process while preserving their ability to be autonomous learners.
